Training Needs

Training is a minefield. There are so many training providers and colleges, how do you know if you have chosen the right course that will give your business the results you require.

We often ask companies what made them choose the courses that their staff have undertaken and the majority of the time, the response is 'that was what we were offered'.

At Elaine Allcroft Associates we believe companies should be offered the training they need rather than what training providers have, we solve this problem by carrying out a FREE Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA). This is an identification of training that meets the strategic plans for a business. A short meeting with the Managing Director/Operations Manager/ Training Manager will allow us to get an understanding of your business.

We complete a summary of the meeting covering the main business issues which may have a training solution and identify training needs and produce an action plan. If you are happy with the action plan that you receive as part of your free Organisational Needs Analysis we can then assist you in implementing your plan.  We will source training providers that will deliver your requirements, source funding, if it is available, and arrange for you to interview the providers for you to choose one that suits your company. During this process, we remain your advisors, so if at any time you are not happy with the service the training provider is delivering we will deal with this for you.
