Our FREE Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) is an identification of training that meets the strategic plans for your business. A short meeting with your Managing Director/Operations Manager/ Training Manager will allow us to get an understanding of your business. We often find that during the meeting we are able to highlight funding options and better deals for training for you, removing the red tape and releasing the time you would have spent on sourcing and arranging your own training.
